Nowadays Men also don’t want to be left behind when it comes to jewellery as they are getting more interested in blings. So ladies out there watch out as your Man starts having his own collection of jewellery to make you jealous. Well on the positive side it’s good as now you get to discuss about jewellery with our man and also turn them into buying you more. Now the conversation like “darling have you seen the new collection launched by Tanishq, it would be fun to check it out” or “The cluster rings are in trend these day, let’s go buy ourself one” 🙂
Seeing the interest many jewellery brands have come out with their Men’s collection of jewellery like Amrapali. This collection has bold bracelets, Cuff Links and necklaces made in Silver. The design and form of the collection is basic and not many colors are added to keep it simple and appealing to the men population. I like the simple textures added to the jewellery in the form of Filigree work or Jaali work while colored enamels add subtle highlight.
So now on popular demand and your lovely requests we are going to launch Jewelry collections which you can buy directly from us. Our first collaboration is with famous Jewelry designer Vijayshree Sovani from Delhi. We had already featured her in our earlier blog post and talked about her Achievements and Celebrity GiG here.
We are first launching her Silver Jhumki’s collection which is inspired by the motifs of traditional sarees. These Silver jhumkis capture the Five Yard Magic and are painted in beautiful colors using enamel paints.
When I first held these pink and green Jhumki’s shown in the pictures in my hand while doing the photoshoot, I was awestruck by their sheer beauty and simplicity. They looked more prettier than I imagined by just looking at the pictures.
Our system might take a few hiccups while ordering as we are just starting, but we assure you that Jewelry buying experience with us will be awesome and you get genuine pieces crafted at Jewelry house.

‘Less is More’ is new trend as minimalistic jewellery is becoming very popular these days. And with the summers setting in who wants to wear those chunky big jewellery anyways.
I wear jeans, t-shirt, trousers on a regular basis and don’t like teaming them with loud or chunky jewelry to avoid becoming noticeable while running my daily errands, picking up the kid from school and likewise. Instead I like tiny, delicate minimalistic jewelry which look elegant and also quench my thirst for wearing jewelry. On a normal day I love love wearing geometric shape earrings and delicate bracelets but whenever I want to pep up my look little bit I also add gemstones rings and layered necklaces. Layered necklaces are a great way to wear multiple pendants together.
So I am always on a lookout for such minimal jewellery and recently I discovered Voylla which has a great collection. These days silver has become my color and I ordered few tiny silver trinkets from them and loved Voylla quality and prompt delivery. Their mobile app also has an interesting feature ‘Match-the-dress’ where you can find out which jewellery matches your dress, you can download it here Voylla App. Must try it.
What kind of jewellery do you wear with your everyday outfits and how do you like Minimalistic jewellery?

Knitwear’s generally bring back fond memories of childhood for most of us, when mom’s used to knit sweaters, dresses and scarfs. Same love for knit’s is evident in the design of many jewelry’s which are made by knitting. But jewelry designer Kate Holdsworth has given a fresh perspective to knitted jewelry by giving it an interesting twist and combining it with glass and silver.
Her immense love for knitting patterns shows in her woven silver jewelry where she has used knits with glass and silver. For glass and knit jewelry she uses fabric, silk, viscose knits and combines them with glass using silver components. Glass thereby creates a magnifying effect for the knits depicting more details and making the jewelry more appealing. Her jewelry collection includes earrings, rings, brooch, pendants and bangles. Jewelry is made in simple geometric shapes like circular, cylindrical, oval to draw full attention to the knit effect. Here’s a glance at some of my favorite from her collection…

During my recent visit to Auroville, Pondicherry I came to see these gold and glass jewelry at Auroville boutique. And the first thing I thought was they couldn’t be more simple and perfect.
Matrigold jewelry is handmade by international artist Birgitta Volz in Auroville with glass and pure gold. Pure gold leaves (24 karat) are fused in between glass forms in a vacuum process after which it is grounded and reheated for the moulding. This process of gold infusion was invented for the construction of Matri Mandir, Aurovile.
So if this Valentine’s Day you are looking for some exclusive jewelry let it be these, for you would cherish them for lifelong.

Statement Jewellery are an assertion of our style and often used as the only fashion accessory for a given look. Though the theme and design varies for them. ‘Silvense’ the statement jewelry by Vrindaa Ashwani is a collection of bold statement pieces which are made keeping the style of modern women in mind while keeping the traditional feel alive.
The collection consists of headbands, open necklaces and rings. Instead of intricate detailing bold forms like circles, leaf shape, rectangle are used which are intertwined to form a single jewellery piece. Chains have been used extensively as danglers.
